On Sole24Ore an article that tells about the “talent-catcher” city in love with technology and design: Eindhoven. A Vertical Forest under construction, intended for social housing. A 75-meter skyscraper with nineteen floors of apartments with controlled rents and a high percentage of greenery: for each housing unit of 50 square meters, a 4 square meter terrace with a tree and 20 bushes. A real ecosystem with over 70 different plant species, capable of absorbing more than 50 tons of CO2 a year, fighting pollution and climate change.
