In occasion of the 2018 Milan Design Week has taken place the Sino-Italian Design Summit Forum, during which Easyhome Group and Stefano Boeri Architetti announced a strategic collaboration, up to which Urban Forestry projects will be developed in China and future architectural, design and sino-italian cultural exchange projects will be investigated.
Stefano Boeri Architetti, based in Milan and Shanghai, is already building the Nanjing Vertical Forest, a complex which will host residential, commercial and cultural activities, taking inspiration from the Milanese prototype which hosts both human and living nature. The research of the studio on Urban Forestry and the demineralisation of the cities is ideally applicable in China, a country which has suffered strong uncontrolled urbanizations and which today undertake to develop environmental policies of improvement of the urban conditions.
An agreement – the one within Easyhome and the Studio – which already produced different projects, such as the Easyhome Sino-Italy Top Design Center, project which reinvent the commercial experience using sustainable technologies and natural elements. Also the chinese group, which confirms the importance of supporting international investments and collaborations in the future, is already committed and has confirmed diverse agreements with Beijing, Tianjin, Hubei, Guangxin which undertook to invest billions of dollars every year to improve the quality of life.
