Food Restaurants World dedicates an article to the Piazza del Gusto, a project by Stefano Boeri Architetti as a symbol of rebirth for Amatrice, which was severely hit by the 2016 earthquake.
The article focuses on the stories of the eight restaurants that house some of the businesses destroyed by the earthquake, analysing how the return of tourists and customers has recreated a community and breathed life back into the place.
