Ddn magazine (Design Diffusion News) dedicates seven pages to Stefano Boeri, an overview on the project of the Milanese architecht all over the world: Wonderwoods, the next-generation Vertical Forest, winner of the competition for the upgrading of the Jaarbeursboulevard in Utrecht; Nanjing Vertical Forest, the first vertical forest of Asia, which is rising in the Nanjing Pukou District, the area leading to the metropolitan modernization process; Liuzhou Forest City, the world’s first Forest City which will rise in China; it will be inhabited by 30,000 people, it will be able to absorb about 10,000 tons of CO2 per year and 57 tons of fine dust, producing about 900 tons of oxygen. Stefano Boeri is the curator of the second edition of Shanghai Urban Space Art Season 2017 (SUSAS) which is opening on October 15th, titled “This-CONNECTION”.
