On The New York Times an article on Stefano Boeri’s vision of Milan as a city that aims to change colour, from the grey of the built city and of the often cloudy sky to the green of Urban Forestry. Milan is working to plant thousands of trees every year, to add value to old and new parks but also to host Forestry experiments as the Vertical Forest and the Biblioteca degli Alberi, recently opened.
A serie of infrastructural, diffused and punctual interventions. An attitude dedicated to urban resiliency and to sustainability that condition the development and the management of the city.
