Graduation day today in Pollenzo. The traditional graduation ceremony at the University of Gastronomic Sciences celebrates six years and, at 3.30 pm, after the discussion of the theses in the morning, students “graduated” will return in parade of delivery. Accompanying them this year the former Foreign Minister Emma Bonino, Lucrezia Reichlin, economist and professor at London School of Economics, the architect of green and urban planner Stefano Boeri and the bishop of Alba Marco Brunetti. The graduates come from eleven Italian regions and from Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Brazil and Australia.
