On Il Gazzettino, an interview with Stefano Boeri reports the idea of the Padua Intervention Plan designed by Stefano Boeri Architetti and Mate Società Cooperativa. The new plan was adopted by the city council on Tuesday 12 April and is now in a waiting phase for the final approval.
“The idea from which we started is that collective interest must always prevail in the dynamics of a city. This plan aims to trace the rails to guide the urban and building transformation in favor of the quality of future life and to make Padua more attractive in its strong points: tourism, cultural, university, exhibition. I repeat: stop soil consumption does not mean blocking construction, but intensifying it and facilitating it on other objectives, “says Stefano Boeri.
