On Thursday, May 21st, starting at 8:45 AM at fieramilano Rho, Progetti d’Italia takes place — the annual event organized by Il Quotidiano Immobiliare, with the participation of Marco Giorgio, Partner at the firm Stefano Boeri Architetti.
The day — running from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Stella Polare Convention Centre — features a series of conferences to present and discuss topics of major interest to the real estate sector: from urban regeneration to Build to Rent, from asset sustainability to climate risk, covering smart buildings, logistics, and the Piano Casa. The opening session will also include the presentation of the book La Civiltà del Mattone and the award ceremony for the ilQI Awards 2026.
In the afternoon, the Sala Progetti will host previews of several architectural projects currently underway across Italy. Among these is Torre dei Fiori, the project designed by Stefano Boeri Architetti for the former CMR area in Rho, which will be presented by Marco Giorgio alongside Aldo Fontana of La Ducale. The project represents a unique urban regeneration and forestry initiative for the Rho area.
Other participants include representatives from leading industry players such as COIMA, Lendlease, Investire SGR, Prologis, CBRE IM, Savills, DeA Capital RE SGR, and many other key figures in Italian real estate.
