The winners of the Pro + Award 2021 announced in Shanghai in September 2022. The Easyhome Huanggang Vertical Forest City Complex projected by Stefano Boeri Architetti China wins the Golden Pro + Award as Best Residential Building 2021. The project includes five towers, two of which are residential and designed on the model of the Vertical Forest in Milan, capable of guaranteeing a new quality of life and the environment for the surrounding area.
The Pro + Award is founded by the Architectural Society of Shanghai China (ASSC) and is organized by the American Institute of Architects AIA Shanghai and the Building Research Establishment (BRE). The award takes “applicability, economy, green and beauty” as the construction policy, guides the sustainable and healthy development of urban construction, and selects the annual real estate projects with real commercial value, cultural value and social value.
