On Thursday, July 20th at 3:30 p.m., the event Architecture and the City – from the Vertical Forest to the Green City is held at the University of Salerno, featuring Maria Lucrezia De Marco, Coordinator of the Communication Department of Stefano Boeri Architetti.

The event, organized in collaboration with the Civil Engineering Department and the PhD in “Risk and Sustainability in Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering Systems” at the University of Salerno, includes, after greetings by Gianvittorio Rizzano, Director of the Civil Engineering Department; Fernando Fraternali, Coordinator of the PhD program in “Risk and Sustainability in Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering Systems”; and Federica Ribera, CODIC President, a lecture by Maria Lucrezia De Marco who, starting from the example of the Bosco Verticale in Milan, will present the research and green projects of Stefano Boeri Architetti, towards an architectural practice that integrates living nature and a sustainable and inclusive relationship with the context.
Stefano Boeri Architetti’s path and philosophy have been collected in the publication Green Obsession, Trees Towards Cities, Humans Towards Forests (ed.
