On 14 and 15 May, Pulse — an architecture and design festival based in the Czech Republic — holds its Ostrava 2026 edition, featuring Stefano Boeri with a presentation titled Green Obsession.
This year’s edition is dedicated to the theme “Critical Cooperation” and explores new forms of collaboration in contemporary architecture, construction and design. The festival aims to be an open forum for professionals, studios and institutions, reflecting on how cooperation — across disciplines, cultures and generations — is redefining the way we design the spaces of the future. The programme is structured around talks and exhibitions across two stages, bringing together leading voices from across Central Europe.
In this context, on Friday 15 May at 10am, Stefano Boeri will connect remotely to present the design philosophy and key projects of Stefano Boeri Architetti. At the heart of his talk, the relationship between architecture and nature — a theme that has guided the studio’s research for years and finds expression in works such as the Bosco Verticale in Milan and the many urban forestry projects developed around the world.
Other speakers include prominent figures from the international scene, among them architects Eva Jiricna, Massimo Adario, Norwegian studio Snøhetta, Piero Gandini, Michael Anastassiades and Spanish collective Un Parell d’Arquitectes.
