On Wednesday, June 12, Il Quotidiano Immobiliare is hosting a new event in its “Cities and Opportunities” series, this time focusing on the city of Cagliari; among the participants is Hana Hosi Narváez Bautista, Director at Stefano Boeri Architetti and project leader of A Green Promenade for the Waterfront of Cagliari.
“Cities and Opportunities” is an online event series by ilQI dedicated to showcasing the most significant investment and development opportunities in Italian cities. Each event features contributions from leading architecture firms, investors, and major industrial players active in the urban context. This dynamic format offers a comprehensive look at the current real estate landscape, where innovation often begins and where high-quality projects are taking shape.
Hana Hosi Narváez Bautista will present the proposal developed by the temporary group composed of MATE Società Cooperativa, Stefano Boeri Architetti, StudioSilva, S.T.P., MIC-HUB, and archaeologist Demis Massimiliano Murgia. The proposal, which won the competition to redesign Cagliari’s waterfront, includes the revitalization of Via Roma’s promenade, interventions along the port front, and the redevelopment of Piazza Matteotti.
Other speakers include: Giovanni Giacobone from Sportium; Andrea Giovannini from Costim; Stefano De Pascale from Impresa Pellegrini; and Davide Marazzi from Marazzi Architetti.
