On 8 May 2026, Yibo Xu, Partner of Stefano Boeri Architetti China will participate as keynote speaker in Design Perspective – Kolkata Edition, an initiative promoted by FOAID (Festival of Architecture and Interior Designing), taking place at the JW Marriott Hotel in Kolkata.
The event brings together architects, designers, and urban thinkers to explore emerging perspectives on the future of cities, with a particular focus on sustainability, innovation, and the evolving relationship between built environments and natural systems.
During the event, Yibo Xu will give a lecture titled “Green Obsession – Stefano Boeri’s Green Practice in Asia”, presenting a series of projects and research evolutions that investigate the integration of biodiversity within architecture. His talk will address key challenges related to climate change, urban density, and environmental resilience, outlining new approaches to rethinking the relationship between cities and living systems.
