In view of the reopening of cities after lockdown, architects and urban planners are looking for solutions that guarantee that workers move without compromising their health or that of the community. If on the one hand all of this could include creating more space for cyclists, electric bicycles and electric scooters or greater flexibility in working hours to reduce the number of trips during peak hours, the risk is that of abandoning public transport causing a drastic increase in the use of the private vehicle, founder of pollution and production of fine dust.
