On May 20 and 21, 2025, at Palazzo della Valle in Rome, Assoverde, Confagricoltura, and Kèpos, in collaboration with CREA, host the presentation of the new 2024/25 Focus of the Green White Paper, titled “Green in the Changing City”—a collection of 72 contributions, including one from the Research Department of Stefano Boeri Architetti.
On the first day, May 20, from 10:00 AM to 5:10 PM, the authors of the new 2024/25 Focus will present their individual contributions. On the second day, May 21, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the results of the collaborative discussions from the previous day will be shared by the session coordinators and professional associations.
The new 2024/25 Focus of the Green White Paper addresses the many facets of change—covering topics ranging from institutional strategies to urban design, from governance to public health, from technical management to culture and communication. It offers concrete proposals and solutions to support public administrators, professionals, and operators in the field, with the goal of identifying priority actions, guiding future decisions, and building a shared vision for the city of tomorrow: a city that is greener, healthier, more equitable, and undeniably more beautiful.
Within this context, the Research Department of Stefano Boeri Architetti contributes with a publication titled “The Role of Planning and Design for Equitable Access to Urban Forests”—an analysis of tools, policies, and actions aimed at reducing environmental inequalities.
