Stefano Boeri Architetti is looking for a Landscape Architect to join our international team in Milan. The selected candidate will join the Landscape Team, which operates at the intersection of public space, urban design, and site-specific art, and focuses on:
- public spaces, squares, urban parks, rooftops, private gardens;
- temporary installations for open spaces;
- urban landscape masterplans;
- green-blue infrastructure, urban planning, climate adaptation, biodiversity strategies;
- regeneration of historic centers, waterfronts, and heritage landscapes.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to all design phases, including construction drawings, renderings, presentations, and 3D models;
- Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions;
- Attend meetings with clients and consultants;
- Coordinate with external consultants and internal departments;
- Select materials and plant species in line with project leader and director guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Ability to develop strong conceptual ideas with strategic thinking;
- Excellent visual communication (sketching, diagramming, 3D modeling);
- Basic knowledge of botany, landscape ecology, and sustainable design;
- Team-oriented mindset;
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Requirements:
- Degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape or urban design offices;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (mandatory);
- Knowledge of Rhino, Revit/BIM and Lumion (preferred);
- Experience from concept to construction phases;
- Knowledge of landscape materials (plantings, furnishings, paving);
- Fluency in both Italian and English (spoken and written).
