The\u00a0Secretary of State for the Land and Environment of San Marino\u00a0has asked Stefano Boeri Architetti to draft the new urban plan for the Republic, which will replace the existing General Plan.<\/p>\n

The task is divided into three phases: the first involves a territorial and urban analysis, the second a strategic vision and a preliminary draft of the plan, and the third the new General Plan.<\/p>\n

In addition to constant and thorough dialogue with all the political forces – for the determination of\u00a0specific paths\u00a0– and with the competent offices, SBA will contribute to the establishment of a “forum”: a permanent space for discussion and exchange about the\u00a0territory and in the territory\u00a0where experts from different sectors will debate with the citizens.<\/p>\n

The Plan will offer the citizens of San Marino a \u201cFresco\u201d about the future of the Republic, a \u201cCharter\u201d of rules and principles for the transformation of the territory and an \u201cAtlas\u201d of urban and architectural projects underway and planned for the coming years.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
