In issue 111 of the magazine IoArch<\/strong>, the project by Stefano Boeri Architetti for the Xi\u2019an Culture Modern Technology Experience Center<\/strong><\/a> is presented. This new central aggregative element for the city features a technology museum designed as an artistic and social hub for the community.<\/p>\n

Stefano Boeri Architetti won the competition to design a permeable and publicly accessible system capable of activating new urban connections on various levels. The new Xi\u2019an museum is conceived as an open architecture for everyone, aiming to initiate an urban regeneration process and attract a wide audience, including technology enthusiasts, children, and students. It will be a place for study, in-depth exploration, cutting-edge technological research, and innovation, located in the heart of one of the most important cities in Chinese history.<\/p>\n

The museum will play a significant role in shaping future exhibition scenarios and imagining new ways of producing and displaying art. Beyond engagement and interaction with the public, the project focuses on the use and dissemination of multimedia and digital content. Navigation within the museum will be an immersive experience thanks to virtual signage and apps that will guide users through AI platforms, augmented reality experiences, and experiential exhibitions, ensuring a highly personalized use of the space.<\/p>\n
