The Shire of Laives in Bolzano, entrusted Boeri Studio to Plan the Residential Expansion Area of Toggenburg in the pinewood of the city of Laives. The Realization Plan foresee the realization of 7 residential buildings of which half of it, are to be assigned toIPES for the construction of assisted buildings, a share for tertiary activities, a nursery school, and a basement parking area.
The Project stands on the principles of environmental bearableness concerning the guidelines of the construction, the covering and materials to be employed.
