The Head Office of Stefano Boeri Architetti is looking for a BIM Specialist to join our team in Milan. He/she will assist the BIM Manager in all the tasks concerning the BIM environment of the Studio, reporting directly to the BIM Manager and ultimately to the Partner in charge. Among the expected activities, we are interested in improving the quality of our graphical output, developing templates and family libraries that will support quality and consistency in our workflows.
Additional tasks/ responsibilities include:
• support the BIM Manager in the development and update our in-house BIM/Revit user manual
• under the guidance of the BIM Manager, develop and update our in-house Revit families
• support project teams in Revit project setup and model management
• support the BIM Manager in deliver training for project teams in Revit
• assist with induction of new starters in Revit
• check the adherence of the project to the Studio standards
• promptly report to BIM Manager problems forecasted in projects
Requirements:
• demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities
• legally able to work in Italy
• advanced technical skills in Revit
• excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• excellent organizational and time management skills
• resilient to cope with conflicting needs and able to priorities duties
• able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
• good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of a team
• fluent in English and in Italian
